These scams aren’t anything new. Kijiji has warned unsuspecting tenants for years, we blogged about the rental scam on kijiji awhile ago. It seems the scam seems to have a resurgence however. We Realtors warn renters of online scammers.
Franklin Avenue to close from Main Street to Morrison Street
The municipality is upgrading the water and sewer systems downtown. Last year they completed Hardin St to Main St. This year they’ll have Main Street to Morrison Street closed for the construction until Canada Day.
