Alberta leads in job growth, again.

Statistics Canada announced that the province added more than 10,000 jobs last month, a fifth of all new jobs in Canada! Employment in Canada rose by 4% over the last 12 months.Alberta leads in job growth again.

Fort McMurray Property taxes hold steady

For the seventh consecutive year, The Municipality hasn’t increased residential property taxes – Mil Rate. Property taxes remain steady but any increase or decrease in Assessed Value will alter the owners’ payable property taxes.
