Wildfire risk high
It’s spring again, and due to low precipitation and high winds, the local Wildfire risk is high. All fire permits have been suspended, however there are no fire bans right now.
Fort McMurray Property taxes hold steady
For the seventh consecutive year, The Municipality hasn’t increased residential property taxes – Mil Rate. Property taxes remain steady but any increase or decrease in Assessed Value will alter the owners’ payable property taxes.
